1.5 oz GLACIER VODKA

1.5 oz FRESH LIME JUICE

1.5 oz COLD WATER

3 oz PINEAPPLE JUICE

1.25 oz ROASTED JALAPENO AGAVE 

​

shake all ingredients together with ice. pour entire contents of shaker into 16 oz glass. enjoy!

​

GARNISH IDEAS fresh or dried lime, fresh or dried pineapple, salted rim, jalapeno slice

ROASTED JALAPENO AGAVE SYRUP

24 oz WATER
23.5 oz LIGHT AGAVE
9 JALAPENOS 
1 ORANGE PEEL (removed with vegetable peeler, its ok to leave some pith on)

​

TO ROAST THE JALAPENOS seed & stem jalapenos, place on upper oven rack & broil 7-10 minutes, until bubbling & blackened.


 

TO MAKE THE SYRUP bring water to boil, then add roasted jalapenos, agave & orange peel. reduce heat to medium low & simmer 10-15 minutes. let cool, strain & store refrigerated.

1.5 oz GLACIER VODKA INFUSED WITH FENNEL

1 oz LEMON SIMPLE SYRUP

.5 oz PEACH MONIN SYRUP

.75 oz FRESH LEMON JUICE

3 oz COLD WATER

1 oz BLACKBERRY JUICE

 

combine all ingredients over ice in16 oz glass, stir.  float blackberry juice on top.

GARNISH IDEAS dehydrated lemon wheel, fresh lemon, fresh or frozen blackberries

FENNEL INFUSED VODKA  see above

BLACKBERRY JUICE

1 cup water

1 cup blackberries

1/2 cup organic sugar

1/2 lemon (juiced + add rind to pan)

 

add all ingredients to saucepan, bring to a simmer. simmer 5-10 minutes. let cool, strain with fine mesh or cheese cloth, pressing berries to extract all the juice. discard berry pulp and lemon rind.

1 oz LEMON SIMPLE SYRUP

.75 oz FRESH LEMON JUICE

4 DASHES PEYCHAUD'S BARREL AGED BITTERS

add ingredients to an ice filled shaker, shake 10 seconds

double strain into chilled glass or over large ice cube.

​

OPTIONAL: DRESS IT UP WITH A SPICED SUGAR RIM

CHAI SPICED SUGAR RIM MIX
1 cup organic sugar

2 tsp ground cinnamon

½ tsp ground ginger

1/8 tsp ground cloves

1/8 tsp ground allspice

1/2 tsp ground black pepper

CHAI TEA INFUSED GLACIER VODKA
add 1 750 ml bottle and 3 chai tea bags* to a clean quart jar. infuse 4 hours, to taste. remove tea bags & store vodka in a cool dark place.

*we use tazo organic chai tea

1- 2  DASHES DEMITRI'S CLASSIC BLOODY MARY SEASONING

1/4 FRESH LIME (SQUEEZE AND ADD TO SHAKER)

add all ingredients to an ice filled shaker, shake 10 seconds. strain into chilled martini or rocks glass.

1.5 oz GLACIER VODKA INFUSED WITH CHAI TEA

1 oz PECAN SYRUP

1/2 DROPPER ORANGE BITTERS

ORANGE TWIST  

​

add vodka, syrup & bitters to an ice filled shaker or mixing glass. gently shake or stir to chill & dilute. strain into rocks glass. garnish with orange twist.

​

PECAN SYRUP
1 c CHOPPED PECANS
1 c DARK BROWN SUGAR
1 c WATER 
1 ORANGE 
PINCH OF SALT
1/2 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT

​

TO MAKE THE SYRUP using a vegetable peeler, remove the zest of half of the orange (if any white pith remains carefully remove with a sharp paring knife) bring water & pecans to a boil over medium-high heat. reduce heat to low, stir in brown sugar, salt & orange peel. simmer 15-20 minutes, remove from heat & stir in vanilla. Let cool, strain & keep refrigerated.
