

IMBOLC OLD FASHIONED
1.5 oz small batch whiskey
1 barspoon vanilla bean syrup
3 dashes peychaud’s barrel aged bitters
add all ingredients to rocks glass with large ice cube. stir ~30 seconds to chill.
GARNISH WITH fresh lemon peel
vanilla bean syrup
1 cup water
1.5 cups organic sugar
1 vanilla bean, split
add water and vanilla bean to saucepan & bring to a boil. stir in sugar until dissolved. continue to heat for 10 – 15 minutes without boiling. remove from heat, cool & strain.
