ARE YOUR SPIRITS GLUTEN FREE?
short answer: yes*
*long answer: although our spirits are distilled from grain, all gluten proteins are left behind in the mash as they cannot evaporate with the alcohols. we do mill our grain the same facility that we bottle so those highly sensitive to gluten proteins might choose not to consume our spirits.
CAN YOU REFILL MY EMPTY BOTTLE?
currently we are not able to refill bottles. please re-use & recycle!

HOW MUCH IS THE TOUR?
tours are 100% free | cocktails & spirit tastings are available for purchase
HOW LONG IS THE TOUR?
tours are typically 15 -20 minutes depending on the size of the group, number of questions & distillery production schedule.
alaska state law does not permit us to serve food in our tasting room.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD?
absolutely! please note we do not have dishes or cutlery

DO I NEED A RESERVATION?
nope! just show up & let us know you are here for the tour.
note: alcohol cannot be brought into the bonded production area. if you plan to have cocktails before the tour starts, leave enough time to finish your beverage before the tour.
DO YOU HAVE TO BE 21+ FOR THE DISTILLERY TOUR?
yes. small samples are sometimes offered during distillery tours (production schedule depending) no person under 21 is allowed in bonded production area

we are not able to offer private tours or
accomodate tasting room rentals or private events.

tastings alaska state law allows us to serve 3 oz per person, per day.
our cocktails contain 1.5 oz liquor allowing you to have up to (2) cocktails

tasting room alaska state law does not allow: live entertainment, televisions, pool tables, dart games, dancing, electronic or other games, game tables, or other recreational or gaming opportunities on the premises where the consumption occurs

spirit purchases alaska state law allows us to sell up to (5) 750 ml bottles per person , per day for consumption off premise
