SMALL BATCH WHISKEY
BATCH 016 we distill this whiskey from wheat grown in the valley between the talkeetna and chugach mountain ranges and barley grown in alaska’s rugged interior. once matured, we blend this spirit with the purest of water and whiskey from the lower 48.
never chill-filtered, the result is a frontier crafted whiskey that only a few will get to discover.

OUR FIRST BOURBON
just over two years ago, life handed us some corn… so we made some bourbon… we tucked these barrels away expecting at least 4 years till we were ready to share with y’all…
we sampled a few times over the last two years (as we do), and we were blown away with how much flavor had developed and how the spirit mellowed over the past couple of years. deep caramel flavor mingled with youthful corn sweetness balanced by a spicy backbone of rye… so. dang. delicious!
we put away 11 barrels total – only two of which we feel ready to share. barrel no. 1 is only available in the tasting room - barrel no. 2 is available exclusively through select brown jug liquor stores.
