TASTING NOTES
the wheat, grown in palmer, alaska, lends a soft and smooth creaminess with lingering notes of vanilla. the straight bourbon, sourced from the lower 48, adds in the wonderful sweetness of corn, as well as warm baking spice and a peppery bite from the rye. these flavors are bridged together with a backbone of malty nuttiness from barley, grown in delta junction alaska.

TASTING NOTES just as inviting and smooth as barrel 001, this batch gave a bit more to the angels than batch 001. this presents itself in a stronger rye bite apparent from nose to finish. those seeking rye’s signature peppery bite will not be disappointed.
