

PINEAPPLE IN PROVENCE
1.5 oz AURORA GIN INFUSED WITH BUTTERFLY PEA PETALS
1.5 oz PINEAPPLE JUICE
1 oz LEMON JUICE
.5 oz MONIN LAVENDER SYRUP
3 dsh ORANGE BITTERS
add all ingredients to an ice filled shaker. shake ~10 seconds to chill & dillute.
double strain over large ice cube, or serve up.
GARNISH IDEAS dried pineapple, lemon peel, dried lemon
BUTTERFLY PEA PETAL INFUSED AURORA GIN in a clean quart jar, combine 1 750ml bottle of aurora gin
with 2 tablespoons butterfly pea petals. infuse for 1-2 hours, until desired color is achieved

1.5 oz AURORA GIN
4 - 5 WATERMELON CUBES (1" cubes)
.5 oz HONEY SIMPLE SYRUP
1 LIME WEDGE (1/6 of a lime)
CLUB SODA
squeeze lime juice into ice filled 16 oz glass, add in honey simple syrup. in separate glass, muddle watermelon with the aurora gin. add to prepped glass. stir in club soda, enjoy!
GARNISH IDEAS fresh lime, dehydrated lime wheel, pink sea salt
COCKTAILS FOR A CROWD add watermelon cubes to blender and blend until smooth. strain juice through fine mesh strainer. use 1.5 oz watermelon juice in place of 4-5 1" watermelon cubes
