PINEAPPLE IN PROVENCE
1.5 oz  AURORA GIN INFUSED WITH BUTTERFLY PEA PETALS

1.5 oz PINEAPPLE JUICE

1 oz LEMON JUICE

.5 oz MONIN LAVENDER SYRUP

3 dsh ORANGE BITTERS

​

add all ingredients to an ice filled shaker. shake ~10 seconds to chill & dillute.

double strain over large ice cube, or serve up.

 

GARNISH IDEAS dried pineapple, lemon peel, dried lemon

BUTTERFLY PEA PETAL INFUSED AURORA GIN in a clean quart jar, combine 1 750ml bottle of aurora gin

with 2 tablespoons butterfly pea petals. infuse for 1-2 hours, until desired color is achieved

combine ingredients with ice in a 16oz pint or collins glass.

 

GARNISH IDEAS fresh mint + dried grapefruit

BUTTERFLY PEA PETAL INFUSED AURORA GIN in a clean quart jar, combine 1 750ml bottle of aurora gin with 2 tablespoons butterfly pea petals. infuse for 1-2 hours, until desired color is achieved 

​

ORANGE INFUSED HONEY in a clean quart jar, combine 1 cup honey with 1 cup of water and the zest* of 1 large orange. shake or stir to dissolve the honey. infuse in fridge for 24 hours, strain out the zest & store in fridge.

.5 oz ORANGE INFUSED HONEY

.5 oz FRESH LIME JUICE

combine ingredients with ice in cocktail shaker. shake ~10 seconds.

strain over ice filled rocks glass (10-11oz) 

 

GARNISH IDEAS fresh lime, dehydrated lime wheel, alder smoked sea salt

ORANGE INFUSED HONEY combine 1 cup honey + 1 cup water with the zest of 1 large orange.

stir/shake to combine, infuse in frige for 24 hours, then strain out zest.

(remove zest with a microplane to avoid the bitter pith)

BUTTERFLY PEA PETAL INFUSED GIN 

to a clean 1 quart jar, add 2 tablespoons butterfly pea petals and 1 750ml bottle of aurora gin. infuse for 1-2 hours, until desired color is achieved

stir together gin & agave until dissolved. add ice & lime juice. stir in topo chico to fill

GARNISH IDEAS local sea salt + fresh cucumber slice

CUCUMBER & DRAGONFRUIT INFUSED AURORA GIN

to a clean quart jar, add 1 cup frozen dragonfruit chunks, 1 english cucumber (peeled & sliced), the zest of 1 lemon. pour over 1 750ml bottle of aurora gin & infuse 12-18 hours in the refrigerator until taste & color are achieved.

1 LIME WEDGE (1/6 of a lime)

squeeze lime juice into ice filled 16 oz glass, add in honey simple syrup. in separate glass, muddle watermelon with the aurora gin. add to prepped glass. stir in club soda, enjoy!

COCKTAILS FOR A CROWD add watermelon cubes to blender and blend until smooth. strain juice through fine mesh strainer. use 1.5 oz watermelon juice in place of 4-5 1" watermelon cubes

3 dash ORANGE BITTERS (we use scrappy's or bitter housewife)

fill CLUB SODA

prepare rim of 16oz collins or pint glass with prince william sound salt co. alder smoked salt rim. add ice, stir in all ingredients, adding club soda last.

1 oz AQUAFABA

combine all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. shake ~30 seconds to chill, dillute & froth. double strain into chilled glass, or over ice.

BEE POLLEN INFUSED GIN

x1 750ml bottle aurora gin

2 tsp bee pollen

combine in jar & shake to dissolve, or let sit overnight. strain out any remaning solids with fine mesh. contents will settle out, give the bottle a little shake before pouring.

LEMON INFUSED HONEY

1 cup honey

1 cup warm water

zest of 1 lemon

​

combine in jar & shake to dissolve, infuse in fridge overnight. strain out zest with fine mesh or cheese cloth.

​

& mix. single strain into ice filled 16oz glass. gently stir in club soda.
