add ingredients to an ice filled shaker. shake for 10 seconds, strain into an ice filled glass.

combine ingredients with ice in 16 oz collins or pint glass.

PEARRY NECTAR
32 oz 100% pear juice*
zest of 1 lime
4 oz ginger, sliced thin
3 - 4 sprigs of rosemary
6 oz pear monin gourmet syrup*
in saucepan over medium heat bring pear juice, lime zest and ginger to a boil. reduce heat to low and simmer 10-15 minutes. add in rosemary, remove from heat and cover. once cool, strain out solids and stir in the pear syrup. store refrigerated in an airtight container.

TOP SPLASH OF CLUB SODA
combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake about 5 seconds to chill & dillute.
strain into 16oz ice filled collins or pint glass. top with a splash of club soda

KIWI-LIME CORDIAL
4 limes, washed
4 kiwis
in a plastic or glass container, combine;
zest of the limes
juice of the limes
peeled & sliced kiwis
weigh mixture, add equal amount of organic sugar.
stir or shake well to combine & help sugar dissolve– you might have to stir a few times again as the sugar will sink.
place in fridge for 24hours, fine mesh strain
BUTTERFLY PEA PETAL TEA
add 1 heaping tablespoon dried butterfly pea petals to 1 qt water.
infuse in fridge 12-18 hours. strain with fine mesh. use within 3 days.
