1.5 oz RASPBERRY FLAVORED VODKA INFUSED WITH DRAGONFRUIT

1 oz TANGERINE SYRUP

1 oz LIME JUICE (fresh or we use santa cruz organic lime juice)

top  CLUB SODA

FLAKY SEA SALT

 

combine vodka, lime juice, & syrup in an ice filled shaker. shake for ~5 seconds to chill.

single strain over ice filled 12oz glass. top with a splash of club soda or sparkling mineral water. top with sea salt.

 

GARNISH IDEAS dried orange, orange peel, dried dragonfruit chip

1 c ORGANIC SUGAR

1 C WATER

 

wash tangerines thoroughly. using a microplane, remove zest & mix into the sugar, set aside. add the juice of the tangerines & the water to a small saucepan & bring to a simmer.

stir in zest/sugar mixture until dissolved & remove from heat.

let cool, strain out solids using a fine mesh strainer. keep refrigerated & use up to two weeks.

DRAGONFRUIT INFUSED VODKA in a clean quart jar, combine 1 750ml raspberry vodka with 6 oz frozen dragonfruit. cover & let infuse in fridge 2-3 days. strain out solids & store cold.

1 oz RASPBERRY FLAVORED VODKA

.5 oz GLACIER VODKA INFUSED WITH HIBISCUS

.5 oz MONIN PEACH SYRUP

2 oz PINEAPPLE JUICE

2 dsh ORANGE BITTERS

LIME WEDGE (1/6 OF A LARGE LIME)

combine all ingredients in an ice filled shaker (squeeze in the lime & add to shaker)

shake ~10 seconds to chill & dillute. single strain over ice in a 12oz glass.

 

GARNISH IDEAS dried pineapple, fresh or dried lime, fresh or dried orange

HIBISCUS INFUSED VODKA in a clean quart jar, combine 1 750ml glacier vodka with 1/4 C dried hibiscus flowers. let infuse 1-2 hours (any longer could impart bitterness)

strain out solids & store away from light & heat.
