1.5 oz GHOST PEPPER FLAVORED VODKA

1.5 oz RUBY RED GRAPEFRUIT JUICE (100% JUICE)

1 oz AGAVE

.5 oz FRESH SQUEEZED LIME

CLUB SODA

 

add all ingredients except club soda to an ice filled shaker. shake ~10 seconds to chill & dilute. strain into ice filled & rimmed 16oz glass, top with club soda & stir. garnish with an expressed lime peel.

 

RIM SEASONING

1 T fine sea salt + 3 T organic sugar + 1 tsp smoked paprika + 1 tsp hatch chile powder

ALTERNATE VERSIONS

+ SWAP AGAVE FOR FLAVORED SYRUP WATERMELON OR PEACH SYRUP (WE USE MONIN)

+ SWAP AGAVE FOR STRAWBERRY INFUSED AGAVE (INCREASE USE TO 1.5 OZ INFUSED AGAVE & INCREASE FRESH LIME JUICE TO .75oz)

+ FLOAT HIBISCUS TEA ON TOP, OR GARNISH WITH A HIBISCUS ICE CUBE

STRAWBERRY INFUSED AGAVE

1 lb frozen sliced strawberries

24 oz agave

 

combine stawberries & agave. let sit about 1 hour to allow strawberries to start thawing. stir well, cover & place in fridge for 24 hours. strain & store in fridge.

1.5 oz PINEAPPLE JUICE

.75 oz FRESH LIME JUICE

.5 oz AGAVE

4 dashes ORANGE BITTERS (WE USE SCRAPPY'S)

 

shake all ingredients together with ice for ~10 seconds.

strain into ice filled 13 oz glass

GARNISH IDEAS sea salt, fresh lime, dehydrated lime or pineapple

2 oz GLO UP MIX

 

shake all ingredients together with ice. strain into chilled martini glass or coupe.

GARNISH dehydrated orange 

 

GLO UP MIX 

4 cups water

2 cups organic sugar

1 large orange

75 grams cleaned & microplaned ginger (about ½ cup once planed – not packed)

12 grams peeled & microplaned turmeric (about 1 packed tablespoon)

1 cinnamon stick

 

mix together sugar, ginger, turmeric and the zest of the orange in a medium size container. 

 

bring 4 cups water + the juice of the orange to a simmer over medium heat.

add in cinnamon stick and stir in sugar mixture until dissolved. simmer on low for 10 minutes. remove from heat and let cool. strain though fine mesh, use up to 1 week

.75 oz CLAMATO BLOODY MARY MIX

FRESH LIME (1/6 of a lime- squeeze and add to shaker)

GREEK SEASONING 

rim rocks glass with greek seasoning (dip glass in lime juice, then dip in greek seasoning)

add all ingredients to an ice filled shaker shake ~15 seconds, strain into rimmed glass.

.75 oz ORANGE INFUSED HONEY

.5 oz FRESH LEMON JUICE

2 dashes ORANGE BITTERS (WE USE SCRAPPY'S)

FILL GINGER BEER

combine all ingredients with ice in 16 oz mug or pint glass. 

ORANGE INFUSED HONEY 

combine 1 cup honey + 1 cup water with the zest of 1 large orange.

stir/shake to combine, infuse in frige for 24 hours, then strain out zest.

(remove zest with a microplane to avoid the bitter pith)

ALSO GREAT WITH LEMON-VANILLA HONEY SYRUP

.5 oz OLIVE BRINE (WE USE GARLIC+JALAPENO STUFFED OLIVES)

1- 2  DASHES DEMITRI'S CLASSIC BLOODY MARY SEASONING

1/4 FRESH LIME (SQUEEZE AND ADD TO SHAKER)

add all ingredients to an ice filled shaker, shake 10 seconds. strain into chilled martini or rocks glass.

.75 oz GLACIER VODKA 

.75 oz GHOST PEPPER VODKA

1 oz MANGO NECTAR (WE USE LANGERS MONGO MANGO)

.5 oz  MANGO SYRUP (WE USE MONIN)

.33 oz FRESH SQUEEZED LIME

FILL oz GINGER BEER (WE USE BUNDABERG)

stir all ingredients except ginger beer with ice in 16oz glass to chill and mix.

add a bit more ice, stir in ginger beer to fill.

 

garnish with dried lime & fresh thai basil
