1.5 oz RASPBERRY FLAVORED VODKA

6 - 8 RASPBERRIES (FRESH OR FROZEN)

6 oz HOUSE LEMONADE*

 

in 16 oz mason jar muddle the raspberries with the vodka. add ice & stir in lemonade.

1.5 oz RASPBERRY FLAVORED VODKA

1 oz HIBISCUS TEA

1 oz LEMON JUICE

.5 oz LAVENDER MONIN SYRUP

add all ingredients to an ice filled shaker. shake ~15 seconds to chill & dilute,

strain into chilled martini glass.

1.5 oz CRANBERRY SIMPLE SYRUP

1 oz GRAPEFRUIT JUICE

LIME SPARKLING WATER OR CLUB SODA

 

add vodka, syrup & citrus juice to an ice filled rocks glass. stir to combine, top with sparkling water. garnish with a lime twist & fresh cranberries, cheers!

 

JUICE OF MANY CITRUS combine the juice of 2 limes, 2 lemons, 1 orange and 1/2 grapefruit. strain & store in glass container. best used fresh.

 

(in this recipe, you can substitute 1oz 100% ruby red grapefruit juice + .5 oz fresh lime juice- this is how we serve this cocktail in the tasting room)

 

 

CRANBERRY SIMPLE SYRUP

2 cups cranberries (rinsed & sorted)

2 cups water

1.5 cups sugar

Lemon

 

using a vegetable peeler, remove the zest of half of the lemon (if any white pith remains carefully remove with a sharp paring knife) bring water & cranberries to a boil over medium high heat. once the cranberries start to pop, stir in sugar & lemon zest. reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 15-20 minutes. remove from heat, let cool & strain.

6 oz CRANBERRY JUICE

 

combine with ice in a tall glass. garnish with fresh cranberries and/or lime.

HIBISCUS TEA 1 QT water + 1/4 c dried hibiscus infuse 12 hours in the refrigerator, strain.

6 oz WHITE TEA

1 LEMON WEDGE (1/6 of a lemon)

 

add vodka & syrup to ice filled 16 oz glass, squeeze in lemon & stir in tea.

WHITE TEA 1 QT water + 6 white tea bags 12 hours in the refrigerator, strain.
