1.5 oz small batch whiskey

1oz peach nectar

2 dashes orange bitters

fresh lemon (1/8th lemon, squeezed)

ginger beer

add all ingredients except ginger beer to an ice filled 16 oz glass or copper mug, stir. add ginger beer to fill glass, stir. 

GARNISH WITH dried orange, orange peel, or fresh lemon wedge

1.5 oz pineapple juice

4 dashes angostura bitters

fresh lime (1/6th lime, squeezed)

add all ingredients except ginger beer to an ice filled 16 oz glass or copper mug, stir. add ginger beer to fill glass, stir. 

GARNISH WITH dried lime, dried pineapple, fresh lime

1.5 oz  small batch whiskey

1 oz mulled wine syrup

fresh lime squeeze (1/6th fresh lime)

ginger beer

combine ingredients with ice in a 16oz glass or mug.

GARNISH WITH star anise​ & dried orange

MULLED WINE SYRUP

1 c water

1 750ml bottle malbec

zest of 1 large orange

1 large cinnamon stick

10 green cardamom pods

3-star anise

12 cloves

1 c organic sugar

simmer all ingredients except sugar for 15 minutes. stir in sugar, simmer for 15 more minutes. remove from heat and let cool. strain solids and store in refrigerator.

1.5 oz  small batch whiskey

1 oz full moon strawberry & sage syrup 

.5 oz fresh squeezed lemon

4 dash peychaud's barrel aged bitters

3 oz cold brewed white tea

combine ingredients with ice in a 16oz glass or mug.

GARNISH WITH fresh sage leaf + dried lemon

WHITE TEA  1 QT water + 6 white tea bags 18-24 hours in the refrigerator, strain.

1.5 oz  SMALL BATCH WHISKEY

1 oz lemon syrup

.75 oz FRESH SQUEEZED LEMON JUICE

.5 oz AQUAFABA 

1/2 dropper MS BETTERS MIRACULOUS COCKTAIL FOAMER

3 dash peychaud's barrel aged bitters

1 oz hibiscus tea

shake all ingredients except tea with ice for ~ 15 seconds, double strain over large ice cube. slow pour hibiscus tea on top. 

GARNISH WITH dried lemon

HIBISCUS TEA 1 QT water + 1/4 c dried hibiscus infuse 12 hours in the refrigerator, strain.

shake ingredients with ice for ~ 10 seconds, double strain into rocks glass over big ice cube

.75 oz strawberry infused agave

3 dashes peychauds barrel aged bitters

1 dash cocktail foamer (we use ms. betters)

shake with ice for about 30 seconds. double strain over large ice cube in rocks glass.

GARNISH WITH dried lemon & strawberry powder 

STRAWBERRY INFUSED AGAVE

1 lb frozen sliced strawberries

24 oz agave

 

combine stawberries & agave. let sit about 1 hour to allow strawberries to start thawing. stir well, cover & place in fridge for 24 hours. strain & store in fridge.

BLACK BEAR

1.5 oz  small batch whiskey

.75 oz  fresh lemon juice 

.75 oz blackberry orange nectar

.33 oz aquafaba

3 dashes peychauds barrel aged bitters

2 dashes cocktail foamer (we use ms. betters)

shake with ice for about 20 seconds. double strain into chilled nick & nora glass.

GARNISH WITH sage leaf & blackberry powder

BLACKBERRY ORANGE NECTAR
  • 2lb frozen marionberries

  • 4c pulp free orange juice

  • bring to simmer

  • stir in 4cups organic sugar + zest juice of of 2 medium oranges

  • remove from heat, let cool, strain solids

HARVEST HIGHBALL

1.5 oz  small batch whiskey

.75 oz  fresh lime juice 

.75 oz caramel apple nectar

FILL club soda

combine all ingredients except ice in a 16oz glass. stir to chill & dilute. add more ice to fill glass, gently stir in club soda to fill.

GARNISH WITH fresh lime twist

CARAMEL APPLE NECTAR

2.49 liters apple juice (RW Knudson organic apple) 

Reduce to 1.5 liters by simmering for 1-2 hours

dissolve in 32 oz(2lb bag) dark brown sugar

stir in 1 oz vanilla extract let cool, fridge
