1.5 oz small batch whiskey

1oz peach nectar

2 dashes orange bitters

fresh lemon (1/8th lemon, squeezed)

ginger beer

add all ingredients except ginger beer to an ice filled 16 oz glass or copper mug, stir. add ginger beer to fill glass, stir. 

​

GARNISH WITH dried orange, orange peel, or fresh lemon wedge

1.5 oz pineapple juice

4 dashes angostura bitters

fresh lime (1/6th lime, squeezed)

ginger beer

add all ingredients except ginger beer to an ice filled 16 oz glass or copper mug, stir. add ginger beer to fill glass, stir.

GARNISH WITH dried lime, dried pineapple, fresh lime

YULE MULE

1.5 oz  small batch whiskey

1 oz mulled wine syrup

fresh lime squeeze (1/6th fresh lime)

ginger beer

​

combine ingredients with ice in a 16oz glass or mug.

​

GARNISH WITH star anise​ & dried orange

​

MULLED WINE SYRUP

1 c water

1 750ml bottle malbec

zest of 1 large orange

1 large cinnamon stick

10 green cardamom pods

3-star anise

12 cloves

1 c organic sugar

​

simmer all ingredients except sugar for 15 minutes. stir in sugar, simmer for 15 more minutes. remove from heat and let cool. strain solids and store in refrigerator.

LIFE BY THE DROP

1.5 oz  small batch whiskey

1 oz full moon strawberry & sage syrup 

.5 oz fresh squeezed lemon

4 dash peychaud's barrel aged bitters

3 oz cold brewed white tea

​

combine ingredients with ice in a 16oz glass or mug.

​

​

​

GARNISH WITH fresh sage leaf + dried lemon

​

WHITE TEA  1 QT water + 6 white tea bags 18-24 hours in the refrigerator, strain.

​

SOLSTICE SOUR

1.5 oz  small batch whiskey

1 oz lemon syrup

.5 oz fresh squeezed lemon

3 dash peychaud's barrel aged bitters

​

​

shake ingredients with ice for ~ 5 seconds, strain over shaved ice or large ice cube.

top with 

1 oz hibiscus tea

​

​

​

GARNISH WITH dried lemon

​

HIBISCUS TEA 1 QT water + 1/4 c dried hibiscus infuse 12 hours in the refrigerator, strain. 

​

.75 oz lemon syrup

.5 oz fresh squeezed lemon

mint leaves

​

shake ingredients with ice for ~ 10 seconds, double strain into ice filled 11oz cocktail glass.

​

top with 

5 dash peychaud's barrel aged bitters

​

​

​

GARNISH WITH dried lemon + fresh mint sprig

​
