add infused aurora gin & tonic syrup to ice filled 12 oz glass, squeeze in lemon. stir in club soda, enjoy!

add 2  T dried hibiscus flowers to 1 750 ml bottle aurora gin. strain after

8-12 hours. infusion will get bitter if left too long.

FEVER-TREE REFRESHINGLY LIGHT TONIC

to an ice filled 13 oz glass, add infused gin, squeeze in lemon & stir in tonic to top.

GARNISH IDEAS fresh lemon, lemon twist, dried lemon, fresh cucumber, dried dragonfruit chip

CUCUMBER & DRAGONFRUIT  INFUSED AURORA GIN

to a clean quart jar, add 1 cup frozen dragonfruit chunks, 1 english cucumber (peeled & sliced), the zest of 1 lemon. pour over 1 750ml bottle of aurora gin & infuse 12-18 hours in the refrigerator until taste & color are achieved.

add 2  T gunpowder green tea* to 1 750 ml bottle aurora gin. strain after

2 hours. add 2 4" stalks of lemongrass (split) and the zest of 1 lime.

infuse overnight in fridge, strain. store chilled.

.33 oz TANGERINE SYRUP

.33 FRESH LIME JUICE

FILL TONIC WATER (WE USE FEVER-TREE MEDITERRANEAN)

​

combine gin, syrup, & lime juice with ice in a 12-13oz glass. stir to chill & dillute. add a bit more ice & gently stir in tonic to fill.

 

GARNISH IDEAS dehydrated lemon & lime + festive umbrella

LEMONGRASS INFUSED AURORA GIN  

1 750 ML bottle of aurora gin

6 3" chunks of lemongrass, cleaned, split & smashed

​

infuse for 24 hours, fine mesh strain & enjoy.

​

TANGERINE SIMPLE SYRUP

2 TANGERINES (SUMO MANDARINS WILL WORK TOO!)

1 c ORGANIC SUGAR

1 C WATER

 

wash tangerines thoroughly. using a microplane, remove zest & mix into the sugar, set aside. add the juice of the tangerines & the water to a small saucepan & bring to a simmer.

stir in zest/sugar mixture until dissolved & remove from heat.

let cool, strain out solids using a fine mesh strainer. keep refrigerated & use up to two weeks.
