1.5 oz AURORA GIN INFUSED WITH FELICITY GREY TEA (BY FELICITY LOFT TEA)
1oz FRESH SQUEEZED ORANGE JUICE (STRAINED)
1oz FRESH SQUEEZED LIME JUICE (STRAINED)
.75 oz ORGEAT (WE USE LIBER & CO.)
SPASH CLUB SODA

combine all ingredients except club soda in cocktail shaker with ice. shake ~10 seconds to chill & dilute. double strain into ice filled 16oz collins glass. top with club soda, gently stir to combine.

GARNISH IDEAS fresh orange twist

FELICITY GREY INFUSED AURORA GIN add 5 bags of felicity loft tea to a quart jar with 750ml aurora gin. infuse for 2 hours at room temp. remove tea bags, enjoy.

1.5 oz AURORA GIN INFUSED WITH ROSE PETALS
.5 oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
GINGER BEER

add rose infused aurora gin & lemon juice to ice filled 16 oz glass.
stir in ginger beer, enjoy!

GARNISH IDEAS fresh lemon wheel or dried lemon

ROSE INFUSED AURORA GIN add 3 tablespoons dried rose buds to a 1 quart jar with 1 750ml bottle of aurora gin. infuse 1-2 hours, to taste.

note: infused gin will have a yellow-brownish tint, it will turn bright pink again when combined with the lemon juice in the cocktail!

1.5 oz AURORA GIN
.75 oz HOUSE LEMON SYRUP
.75 oz MONIN APPLE SYRUP
.75 oz LEMON JUICE (FRESH OR SANTA CRUZ BOTTLED LEMON JUICE)
4 DASHES ORANGE BITTERS (WE USE SCRAPPY'S)
CLUB SODA TO FILL

to a 16oz ice filled glass add gin, syrups, lemon juice and bitters. stir well, then stir in club soda. garnish & enjoy!

{ MANDARIN & SAGE } BEES KNEES
1.5 oz AURORA GIN INFUSED WITH MANDARIN ORANGE
.75 oz HONEY & SAGE SIMPLE SYRUP
.75 oz FRESH LEMON JUICE

shake all ingredients with ice for 10 seconds, strain into chilled martini glass.
GARNISH IDEAS sage leaf, dried mandarin wheel, lemon twist

MANDARIN INFUSED AURORA GIN add the zest & juice of 3 mandarin oranges to 1 750 ml bottle of aurora gin. strain after 8 - 12 hours, store in refrigerator.

HONEY & SAGE SIMPLE SYRUP

1 c HONEY*
1 c WATER
.5 oz FRESH SAGE*

in small saucepan bring water & sage to a boil. remove from heat & stir in honey until combined. let cool, strain & store refrigerated in airtight container.

1.5 oz AURORA GIN INFUSED WITH GREEN TEA, LEMONGRASS & LIME
1 oz GREEN TEA SIMPLE SYRUP
.25 oz FRESH LIME JUICE

shake all ingredients with ice for 10 seconds, strain into rocks glass with ice.
GARNISH IDEAS fresh lime, dried lime

GREEN TEA, LEMONGRASS & LIME AURORA GIN
add 2 T gunpowder green tea* to 1 750 ml bottle aurora gin. strain after
2 hours. add 2 4" stalks of lemongrass (split) and the zest of 1 lime.
infuse overnight in fridge, strain. store chilled.

1 c HONEY*
2 c WATER
2 T GUNPOWDER GREEN TEA
2 4" STALKS LEMONGRASS (SPLIT)
1LIME (ZESTED)

heat water with lemongrass until simmering. add honey, tea & lime zest, stir until dissolved. cover & let cool. strain with fine mesh or cheesecloth.

.75 oz HONEY & SAGE SIMPLE SYRUP
.75 oz FRESH LEMON JUICE

shake all ingredients with ice for 10 seconds, double strain into chilled martini glass or over a large ice cube in rocks glass
GARNISH IDEAS fresh orange peel, dried mandarin orange

BUTTERFLY PEA PETAL INFUSED AURORA GIN
to a clean 1 quart jar, add 2 tablespoons butterfly pea petals and 1 750ml bottle of aurora gin. infuse for 1-2 hours, until desired color is achieved
