1.5 oz AURORA GIN INFUSED WITH BUTTERFLY PEA PETALS
.75 oz JACK RUDY TONIC SYRUP
.75 oz PINEAPPLE JUICE
WEDGE LIME (1/6 FRESH LIME- squeezed & added to shaker)

add all ingredients to an ice filled shaker, shake 10-15 seconds. double strain into chilled coupe or martini glass.

BUTTERFLY PEA PETAL INFUSED GIN to a clean 1 quart jar, add 2 tablespoons butterfly pea petals and 1 750ml bottle of aurora gin. infuse for 1-2 hours, until desired color is achieved

build cocktail in a rocks glass over ice, top with sparkling water.

VARIATIONS omit sparkling water, stir remaining ingredients with ice to chill. strain, garnish with lemon twist and serve.

use lemon lime soda in place of sparkling mineral water for a sweeter sip.

PEARRY CHRISTMAS
1.5 oz AURORA GIN
2 oz PEARRY NECTAR
1 LIME WEDGE (1/6 of a lime)
CLUB SODA

squeeze lime into ice filled shaker. add aurora gin and pear nectar. shake 10 seconds, strain into ice filled glass. stir in club soda, enjoy!
GARNISH IDEAS fresh rosemary sprig, dried lime wheel, fresh lime wedge

PEARRY NECTAR
​
32 oz 100% pear juice*
zest of 1 lime
4 oz ginger, sliced thin
3 - 4 sprigs of rosemary
6 oz pear monin gourmet syrup*
in saucepan over medium heat bring pear juice, lime zest and ginger to a boil. reduce heat to low and simmer 10-15 minutes. add in rosemary, remove from heat and cover. once cool, strain out solids and stir in the pear syrup. store refrigerated in an airtight container.
CARAJILLO
1 oz AURORA GIN
1.5 oz COLD BREW CONCENTRATE
.75 oz SPICED HONEY
2 dashes ORANGE BITTERS (we use the bitter housewife)
1/2 dropper MS BETTERS COCKTAIL FOAMER

DRY SHAKE ALL INGREDIENTS FOR ABOUT 10 SECONDS. ADD ICE, SHAKE FOR ~5 SECONDS. DOUBLE STRAIN OVER ICE.

garnish with fresh expressed orange peel.

SPICED ORANGE VANILLA HONEY
1 CUPS HONEY
1 CUPS WATER
4 grams STAR ANISE
1/4 vanilla bean, split
1 medium orange (zest only, removed with black peeler for oil filled strips & no pith)
combine water, star anise, vanilla bean & orange in saucepan, bring to simmer at 15-20
-as soon as it starts to simmer; cover, reduce heat to 5 & set timer for 5 minutes.
- as soon as time goes off stir in 2 cups honey until dissolved, cover & cool before straining out solids.

LIVIN' IS EASY
1.5 oz AURORA GIN
2 SLICES ENGLISH CUCUMBER (1/4" thick)
4 - 5 FRESH BASIL LEAVES
.75 oz HONEY SIMPLE SYRUP
1 LIME WEDGE (1/6 of a lime)
CLUB SODA

squeeze lime into ice filled 16 oz glass, add in honey simple syrup. in separate glass, muddle cucumber and basil with aurora gin. add to prepped glass. stir in club soda. enjoy!

1 c HONEY*
1 c WATER

in small saucepan bring water to a boil. remove from heat & stir in honey until combined. let cool, strain & store refrigerated in airtight container.
SATURNALIA

.75 oz PASSION FRUIT JUICE
.25 oz FRESH LIME
.25 oz FRESH LEMON
.25 oz ORGEAT
.25 oz ALLSPICE DRAM

single strain into ice filled 16oz collins glass, pint, or mule mug.
