

SNOWBIRD
1.5 oz GLACIER VODKA
1.5 oz FRESH LIME JUICE
1.5 oz COLD WATER
3 oz PINEAPPLE JUICE
1.25 oz ROASTED JALAPENO AGAVE
shake all ingredients together with ice. pour entire contents of shaker into 16 oz glass. enjoy!

ROASTED JALAPENO AGAVE SYRUP
24 oz WATER
23.5 oz LIGHT AGAVE
9 JALAPENOS
1 ORANGE PEEL (removed with vegetable peeler, its ok to leave some pith on)
TO ROAST THE JALAPENOS seed & stem jalapenos, place on upper oven rack & broil 7-10 minutes, until bubbling & blackened.
TO MAKE THE SYRUP bring water to boil, then add roasted jalapenos, agave & orange peel. reduce heat to medium low & simmer 10-15 minutes. let cool, strain & store refrigerated.

BORE TIDE
1.5 oz GLACIER VODKA INFUSED WITH LEMONGRASS
.5 oz AGAVE
.75 oz FRESH SQUEEZED LIME JUICE
5 leaves THAI BASIL
1 oz BUTTERLY PEA PETAL TEA
rim 10-11oz glass with sea salt.
combine all ingredients except tea in shaker with ice. shake about 10 seconds to chill, mix, dillute, & smash the basil. double strain over ice. top with float of butterfly pea petal tea.
GARNISH IDEAS fresh thai basil, dried lime
LEMONGRASS INFUSED GLACIER VODKA
1 750ml bottle glacier vodka
7 3" chunks lemongrass, smashed & split
infuse 2-3 days, to taste. for best results store chilled.

CHAI GUY
1.5 oz GLACIER VODKA INFUSED WITH CHAI TEA
.75 oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
.75 oz HONEY INFUSED WITH ORANGE, VANILLA & STAR ANISE
.5 oz FRESH ORANGE JUICE
2 dash MS BETTERS COCKTAIL FOAMER
add ingredients to an ice filled shaker, shake 10 seconds
double strain into chilled glass or over large ice cube.
GARNISH
cinnamon stick + orange twist + optional spiced sugar rim
CHAI SPICED SUGAR RIM MIX
1 cup organic sugar 2 tsp ground cinnamon ½ tsp ground ginger 1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/8 tsp ground allspice 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
CHAI TEA INFUSED GLACIER VODKA
add 1 750 ml bottle and 6 chai tea bags* to a clean quart jar. infuse 2 hours, to taste. remove tea bags & store vodka in a cool dark place.
*we use felicity loft mariners chai tea
SPICED ORANGE VANILLA HONEY
1 CUPS HONEY
1 CUPS WATER
8 grams STAR ANISE
1/4 vanilla bean, split
1 medium orange (zest only, removed with black peeler for oil filled strips & no pith)
combine water, star anise, vanilla bean & orange in saucepan, bring to simmer at 15-20
-as soon as it starts to simmer; cover, reduce heat to 5 & set timer for 5 minutes.
- as soon as time goes off stir in 2 cups honey until dissolved, cover & cool before straining out solids.

FENNELICIOUS
1.5 oz GLACIER VODKA INFUSED WITH FENNEL
1 oz LEMON SIMPLE SYRUP
.5 oz PEACH MONIN SYRUP
.75 oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
3 oz COLD WATER
1 oz BLACKBERRY JUICE
combine all ingredients over ice in16 oz glass, stir. float blackberry juice on top.
GARNISH IDEAS dehydrated lemon wheel, fresh lemon, fresh or frozen blackberries
FENNEL INFUSED VODKA see above
BLACKBERRY JUICE
1 cup water
1 cup blackberries
1/2 cup organic sugar
1/2 lemon (juiced + add rind to pan)
add all ingredients to saucepan, bring to a simmer. simmer 5-10 minutes. let cool, strain with fine mesh or cheese cloth, pressing berries to extract all the juice. discard berry pulp and lemon rind.

DIRTY DEMITRI
1 oz GLACIER VODKA
.5 oz GHOST PEPPER VODKA
.5 oz OLIVE BRINE (WE USE GARLIC+JALAPENO STUFFED OLIVES)
1- 2 DASHES DEMITRI'S CLASSIC BLOODY MARY SEASONING
1/4 FRESH LIME (SQUEEZE AND ADD TO SHAKER)
add all ingredients to an ice filled shaker, shake 10 seconds. strain into chilled martini or rocks glass.

SALTED SHIRLEY
1.5 oz GLACIER VODKA INFUSED WITH LEMONGRASS
.75 oz GRENADINE (WE USE MONIN)
.33 oz GRAPEFRUIT JUICE (WE USE 100% RUBY RED)
.33 oz FRESH SQUEEZED LIME
.33 oz FRESH SQUEEZED LEMON
FILL CLUB SODA
combine all ingredients except club soda with ice in a 13oz glass. stir to chill & combine. gently stir in club soda.

1 oz FRESH SQUEEZED LEMON
1 oz COLD BREWED WHITE TEA
2 dash COCKTAIL FOAMER (WE USE MS. BETTERS)
combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice. shake for ~10 seconds to chill & dilute. double strain into rocks glass over craft ice cube.
COLD BREWED WHITE TEA
1 quart water
6 white tea bags (we use prince of peace organic white tea)
infuse 12-18 hours in refrigerator
GARNISH strawberry sugar rim (mix equal parts strawberry powder & organic sugar)
