3 - 4 BLACKBERRIES (FRESH OR FROZEN)

2 SLICES ENGLISH CUCUMBER (1/4" THICK)

3 - 4 BASIL LEAVES

6 oz LEMONADE*

1 LIME WEDGE (1/6 OF A LIME)

in the bottom of a shaker or rocks glass, muddle blackberries, cucumber & basil with the glacier vodka. fill 16 oz glass with ice, squeeze in lime, add muddled ingredients & stir in lemonade to top

3 DASHES GRAPEFRUIT BITTERS*

GINGER BEER

add vodka & bitters an ice filled 16 oz mug, stir in ginger beer to top. enjoy!

GARNISH IDEAS dried grapefruit, grapefruit twist, rosemary sprig

ROSEMARY INFUSION  to 1 750ml bottle of glacier vodka add 6 oz fresh rosemary

infuse for 2-3 days in a cool dark place.

1/6 TH FRESH LIME (SQUEEZED)

GINGER BEER

add vodka & fresh lime juice an ice filled 16 oz mug, stir in ginger beer to top. enjoy!

GARNISH IDEAS dried orange, star anise, cinnamon stick

MULLED INFUSION  combine the following in a quart mason jar

1 750ml bottle of glacier vodka

peel of 1 orange (no pith)

4 cloves

4 allspice

1 star anise

6 black peppercorns 

3-4 cinnamon sticks

infuse for 2-3 days, to taste.

JUICE OF 1 LEMON

SPARKLING MINERAL WATER 

 

generously salt the rim of a rocks glass, fill with ice. add vodka, fresh squeezed lemon juice & top with the bubbles. cheers !

1 oz RASPBERRY-ORANGE SYRUP

.5 oz LEMON JUICE

 

 

combine all ingredients in an ice filled shaker, shake ~15 seconds. strain into chilled martini glass

GARNISH IDEAS dehydrated raspberry orange or orange peel

RASPBERRY-ORANGE SYRUP

1.5 cups water

2 cups organic sugar

3 cups fresh or frozen raspberries

1 large orange

 

smash or blend raspberries and set aside. 

add water, orange zest* & juice of the orange (about .5 cup) to a saucepan, cover & simmer for 5 minutes. dissolve in sugar, remove from heat and stir in smashed raspberries. let cool, then strain through fine mesh.  

*use vegetable peeler to remove zest, some remaining pith is ok

.33 oz FRESH LIME JUICE

 

 

combine all ingredients with ice in a 12-13oz glass. stir to chill & dillute.

5-6 pandan leaves (thaw & pat dry if frozen + trim off any damaged leaves)

combine glacier vodka, yuzu & mint in an ice filled shaker. 

hard shake to break up the mint.

double stain over ice filled 16oz glass, add bitters, stir in ginger beer to fill
