5 - 6 oz CLUB SODA
combine infused vodka & soda in ice filled 12 oz glass, enjoy!
GARNISH IDEAS fresh lemon, dried lemon wheel, lemon twist, sugar rim
LEMON & VANILLA INFUSION to 1 750ml bottle of glacier vodka add 1 vanilla bean (split) & the zest of 1 lemon (remove with a vegetable peeler, remove any white pith with sharp pairing knife)
infuse for 2-3 days, to taste.

1 oz FULL MOON SPICED CRANBERRY SYRUP
.75 oz oz FRESH LEMON JUICE
combine ingredients in ice filled shaker. shake ~10 seconds, strain over large ice cube, or serve up.

MULLED INFUSION combine the following in a quart mason jar
1 750ml bottle of glacier vodka
peel of 1 orange (no pith)
4 cloves
4 allspice
1 star anise
6 black peppercorns
3-4 cinnamon sticks
infuse for 2-3 days, to taste.
GLAMPING
1 oz GLACIER VODKA INFUSED WITH TOASTED MARSHMALLOWS
.5 oz CINNAMON MOONSHINE
3 dash CHOCOLATE BITTERS
1 barspoon BARREL AGED MAPLE SYRUP
1 oz COLD BREW CONCENTRATE
2 oz HEAVY CREAM
HICKORY SMOKED SALT
Combine all ingredients (except heavy cream) in a 12oz rocks glass with a large ice cube. stir ~30 times to chill and blend in the maple syrup.
Slow pour 2 oz heavy cream on top, add a sprinkle of smoked salt. enjoy!
TOASTED MARSHMALLOW INFUSED VODKA
1 bag mini marshmallows
1 750 ml bottle glacier vodka
add mini marshmallows to a parchment lined baking sheet & place under oven broiler. keep a close watch and pull when marshmallows are puffed up and golden brown.
allow the marshmallows too cool overnight. this will make them easier to peel off the parchment.
in a quart mason jar, combine 1/2 of the marshmallows & one bottle glacier vodka. shake once a day until marshmallows are fully mixed. filter out solids & enjoy!

.75 oz CLAMATO BLOODY MARY MIX
FRESH LIME (1/6 of a lime- squeeze and add to shaker)
rim rocks glass with greek seasoning (dip glass in lime juice, then dip in greek seasoning)
add all ingredients to an ice filled shaker shake ~15 seconds, strain into rimmed glass.

add vodkas, syrup & bitters to an ice filled copper mug. squeeze in the orange & stir in the ginger beer.
CINNAMON INFUSED GLACIER VODKA
add 1 750 ML bottle of glacier vodka and 3 - 4 cinnamon sticks to a 1 QT jar. infuse 3 - 5 days tasting occasionally until desired flavor is achieved. strain and store infused vodka in a cool dark place
GLO UP
.75 oz GHOST PEPPER FLAVORED VODKA
.75 oz GLACIER VODKA
2 oz GLO UP MIX
shake all ingredients together with ice. strain into chilled martini glass or coupe.
GARNISH dehydrated orange
GLO UP MIX
4 cups water
2 cups organic sugar
1 large orange
75 grams cleaned & microplaned ginger (about ½ cup once planed – not packed)
12 grams peeled & microplaned turmeric (about 1 packed tablespoon)
1 cinnamon stick
mix together sugar, ginger, turmeric and the zest of the orange in a medium size container.
bring 4 cups water + the juice of the orange to a simmer over medium heat.
add in cinnamon stick and stir in sugar mixture until dissolved. simmer on low for 10 minutes. remove from heat and let cool. strain though fine mesh, use up to 1 week
STRAWBERRY & SAGE

.75 oz FULL MOON STRAWBERRY + SAGE SYRUP

mix together equal parts oranic sugar & freeze dried strawberry powder
CUCUMBER & MINT MULE
1.5 oz GLACIER VODKA (also amazing with aurora gin)

2 SLICES ENGLISH CUCUMBER
GINGER BEER
muddle cucumber with vodka in bottom of cocktail shaker.
add mint, lime juice & ice. hard shake to break up the mint.
double stain over ice filled 16oz mug or pint glass. stir in ginger beer to fill
