PUMPKIN CHAI MULE

1.5 oz GLACIER VODKA INFUSED WITH CHAI TEA

.33 oz FULL MOON CARDAMOM + VANILLA SYRUP

.33 oz FRESH SQUEEZED LEMON JUICE

1 barspoon PUMPKIN PUREE

2 dashes CARDAMOM BITTERS (WE USE BITTER HOUSEWIFE)

2 dashes ORANGE BITTERS (WE USE SCRAPPYS)

fill ginger beer (we use bundaberg)

combine all ingredients except ginger beer with ice in a cocktail shaker.

shake ~10 seconds, strain into ice filled mug or pint glass.

top with ginger beer, stir to combine.

GARNISH IDEAS dried orange, cinnamon stick

CHAI TEA INFUSED GLACIER VODKA
add 1 750 ml bottle and 3 chai tea bags* to a clean quart jar. infuse 4 hours, to taste. remove tea bags & store vodka in a cool dark place.
*we use tazo organic chai tea

.5 oz HOUSE LEMON SYRUP

.5 oz FRESH SQUEEZED LIME JUICE

fill CLUB SODA

combine all ingredients with ice in a pint glass with an alder smoked salted rim.

GARNISH IDEAS dried lime, fresh rosemary

ROSEMARY & LEMON INFUSED GLACIER VODKA

1 750 ML bottle of glacier vodka

2 large sprigs rosemary (leaves only, no wooden stem)

peeled zest of 1 large lemon (some pith ok)

infuse at room temp for 1-2 days

1.5 oz GLACIER VODKA INFUSED WITH MANDARIN ORANGE, VANILLA & BUTTERFLY PEA PETALS

.75 oz CITRUS & VANILLA INFUSED HONEY HOLIDAY 2024 VERSION USES WINTER CITRUS HONEY

.5 oz FRESH SQUEEZED LIME JUICE

1 strip FRESH ORANGE PEEL (NO PITH)

shake all ingredients with ice for about 10 seconds. single strain over ice in 10-11oz rocks glass with salted rim. we like margarita salt from prince william sound salt co. 

top CLUB SODA

GARNISH IDEAS dried lime, dried mandarin orange

MANDARIN & VANILLA  INFUSED GLACIER VODKA

1 750 ML bottle of glacier vodka

1 vanilla beans, split

2 mandarin oranges (just the zest, removed with microplane)

 

infuse at room temp for 48 hours (to taste)

add 1/4 cup butterfly pea petals

infuse for 2 hours, or until desired color is achieved, fine mesh strain & bottle

1.5 oz GLACIER VODKA INFUSED WITH MANDARIN ORANGE, VANILLA & BUTTERFLY PEA PETALS

.5 oz FRESH SQUEEZED LIME JUICE

.dash EDIBLE GREEN GLITTER

FILL GINGER BEER (WE USE BUNDABURG)

combine ingredients with ice in 16oz collins, pint, or enamel mug.

RIM PRINCE WILLIAM SOUND SALT CO. MARGARITA SALT

combine all ingredients except club soda in a shaker with ice. shake for ~5 seconds. strain into ice filled & salt rimmed 12-13 oz glass. top with club soda

.75 oz PASSION FRUIT JUICE (WE USE CERES BRAND)

.5 oz FRESH SQUEEZED LIME JUICE

.25 oz PROSECCO SYRUP

FILL GINGER BEER (WE USE BUNDABURG)

combine infused vodka, juices, & syrup with ice in a 16oz glass. stir to chill & dillute. add more ice & stir in ginger beer to fill.

GARNISH IDEAS fresh orange peel  

GLACIER INFUSION

PROSECCO SYRUP

1 750 ML bottle of prosecco 

3 strips orange zest (very little pith)

 

bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. set timer for 15 min, reduce heat to medium. prosecco should be reduced by about 1/3. remove from heat, whisk in 1.5 cups sugar, until dissolved. let cool & remove orange.

2 dashes EDIBLE GOLD GLITTER

shake all ingredients with ice for ~15 seconds to chill, dillute & add texture.

double strain into chilled martini glass

GARNISH IDEAS fresh orange peel

GARNISH IDEAS fresh grapefruit peel  

STRAWBERRY INFUSED AGAVE

1 lb frozen sliced strawberries

24 oz agave

 

combine stawberries & agave. let sit about 1 hour to allow strawberries to start thawing. stir well, cover & place in fridge for 24 hours. strain & store in fridge. 

use spent strawberries for a delicious aurora gin infusion --->

1.5 oz PASSION FRUIT JUICE

.33 oz FRESH SQUEEZED LIME JUICE

3 dashes ORANGE BITTERS (WE USE SCRAPPYS OR BITTER HOUSEWIFE)

TOP GINGER BEER (WE USE BUNDABERG)

stir all ingredients except ginger beer together with ice in 16 oz glass. add a bit more ice & gently stir in ginger beer

GARNISH IDEAS dried lime, dried orange, or fresh orange peel 

HIBISCUS INFUSED GLACIER VODKA

2 tablespoons hibiscus tea

1 750ml bottle glacier vodka

 

combine in quart mason jar, infuse 18-24 hours. if infusion is left too long it can become bitter
