5 oz TONIC*

 

add aurora gin to ice filled & rimmed 12 oz glass. squeeze in lemon, stir in tonic, garnish with sprig of rosemary. enjoy!

 

RIM SALT   combine in shallow bowl }

1 T fine sea salt

1 T organic sugar

1 T cracked black pepper

TO RIM COCKTAIL GLASS

dip glass in lemon juice or run a lemon slice around the edge of the glass. dip into rim salt

1 QT TOMATO JUICE (we don't reccomend clamato for this recipe)

2 oz DEMITRI'S BLOODY MARY SEASONING, CLASSIC RECIPE*

1 LEMON, JUICED

1 LIME, JUICED

 

combine all ingredients in non reactive container & let rest refrigerated 12 - 24 hours to let the flavors meld together.

FILL FEVER-TREE MEDITERRANEAN TONIC

combine ingredients over ice in 13oz glass. 

 

GARNISH IDEAS fresh orange peel + fresh sage

BUTTERFLY PEA PETAL INFUSED GIN 

to a clean 1 quart jar, add 2 tablespoons butterfly pea petals and 1 750ml bottle of aurora gin. infuse for 1-2 hours, until desired color is achieved

​

ORANGE INFUSED HONEY 

combine 1 cup honey + 1 cup water with the zest of 1 large orange.

stir/shake to combine, infuse in frige for 24 hours, then strain out zest.

(remove zest with a microplane to avoid the bitter pith)

CITRUS & VANILLA INFUSED HONEY

2 cups water
1 vanilla bean, split
3 3’ trimmed pieces of lemongrass (cleaned, cut & smashed)
1 lime (microplaned zest of)
2 mandarin oranges (micorplaned zest of)
1 lemon (micorplaned zest of)
 
 
Bring above ingredients to a simmer, then stir in
2 cups honey until dissolved 
Cover, store in fridge overnight. fine mesh strain the next day.

AGAVE SOAKED STRAWBERRY INFUSION

400 grams spent agave soaked strawberries from our house strawberry infused agave
1 750ml bottle AUORA GIN

​

combine in 2 quart container - infuse overnight in the fridge. fine mesh strain & store chilled.
